Kasha Inouchi has been a member of the Causey Wright team since mid-2019. Kasha moved to the Seattle area in 1994 from San Francisco, CA. Kasha has worked in the legal field as a Litigation Hourly Billing Specialist. She will be using her experience with QuickBooks to help us with processing payments and disbursements. In addition, Kasha is gaining skills as a Legal Assistant and helps with phone coverage. Kasha also provides Spanish-language translation for our clients who need this assistance. She wears many hats in her role with the firm!
Both Kasha’s mother and grandmother were paralegals. Kasha’s mom worked for KQED in San Francisco as a paralegal and retired at age of 72. Her grandmother was a legal assistant back in 1950’s, when there were not many women working in law firms, and earned her paralegal certificate while working.
Continuing the family tradition, Kasha’s daughter works for Northwest Justice Project and has helped many in the Latino community with her bilingual skills. Kasha’s son is a talented jazz trumpet player. Kasha loves to hear him play in her spare time.
Kasha has volunteered for Children of Incarcerated Parents as part of the Boy Scouts program, helping children reunite with their moms at the Purdy prison and earn their badges, maintaining the boys’ family connections during difficult times.
